THEY CLAIM TO BE A DEPT COLLECTOR WITH FOR PAYDAY LOAN BUT I NEVER HAD ANY LOANS AND THEY THREATENED TO HAVE ME LOCKED UP AMONGST OTHER STUFF. IT DIDNT SCARE ME I WAS RECORDING THE WHOLE CONVERSATION

Called, asked to speak to the head of the house, then hung up on finding that they weren't home. extremely rude and annoying.

Constantly ringing at all hours of the day, I have never answered the calls as the number looked strange. Googling the number reveals that it is Virgin Media with some kind of marketing scam.

The Company claims to be Federal Restitution Services.

Apparently, I owe money and is from a legal office and if I don't settle this financila mess, Law enforcements will be sent to me and work and I will loose everything, my children, my assetts, and family, etc.... It is a good thing I don't have much - I know that this is a scam because I would have gotten something in writing and I haven't and they wil not sent out law enforcement for unpaid debt. So, don't worry - let your law enforcement know that you are getting calls like these and to file complaints against this company. But, I heard this company describes themselves from everything.

Reported this caller harrassing people claiming he is debt collector, and stealing personal info from payday loan companies, why hasn"t law enforcement shut him down, and put his ass in a cell ?

I didn't answer the call. The caller never left a voicemail either.

This number called me three times at 5:00am! When I answered, the caller did not say anything.

will not stop calling no matter what I've tried. It's pure harassment.

Continued calling. I never answer because we owe nothing to anyone.
